Il pianoforte è accordato ed è una chicca che non si trova facilmente nelle case, la cassa bluetooth sopperisce alla mancanza della televisione, consentendo di rilassarti ascoltando musica.
La zona è molto pratica per raggiungere il centro (stazione autobus e capolinea del 2 che va alla metro Flaminio a 500 metri dall’appartamento), diversi ristorantini in zona, alimentari farmaci etc..

Let me start off by saying that we'd booked a different house, but the owners proactively notified us that the previous occupants had broken an item. Rather than toss up their hands and cancel, they offered a different house at no additional charge. They were SO communicative and friendly that I absolutely never wondered how to do things. They arranged a van to transport us to AND from the airport to the house. They ensured there was a crib present for my baby. These hosts were 10/10 stellar.
The house itself was exactly what we needed. The only thing I'd caution is that, owing to its phenomenal location, it was a rather busy street that concerned us with noise for the baby. It never ended up being a problem, but it's worth being aware of for those travelling with small kids. I would book this house every single time I travelled to Rome, without question. Absolutely stress-free experience with these incredible hosts.

It's a lovely and spacious apartment with great views of the Tiber. I especially appreciated the instant water heater (many apts in Rome have tiny tanks) and the very comfortable sofa. Claudio worked with my schedule for check-in and the apartment had everything I needed.

Appartamento molto carino e in bella posizione. Grave pecca, essendo al piano terra, la totale assenza di imposte sia in salotto, dove ci sono delle tende oscuranti, che in camera da letto dove addirittura ci sono tende trasparenti.
