The very nice lady who checked me in who is different from the host and owner offered me either, 2 separate one bedroom units, or a single larger one bedroom unit on a higher floor with the option to receive a price concession. I chose the latter. However, despite numerous follow up messages to the host, I have yet to receive a response other than a “hello”. I will most likely have to escalate this matter with Airbnb.
