Nice home for our Spring Break trip to the mountains. Pisgah Forest/Brevard had a serious storm our first night on the property. Thankfully, this house did not lose any power while much of Brevard did with several business' closed the following day. I was a bit surprised that nobody reached out to check on us, however. The house has all the amenities needed. It's a very tight fit if you want to store more than 2 bikes in the shed as it includes fire wood and 2 trash cans. There is no TV located in the second upstairs bedroom as described in the "About this Space" section. While the house seems relatively new, it could already use some touch ups. Overall, nice house up in the mountains.

So my first night, there was a huge thunderstorm to which my dogs didn't sleep at all and the electric went out. Kira, the agent was super helpful. I was anxious about it, but she was proactive and reassuring if the electric didn't come back on, she would find me another place. Thankfully, the next night it came back on. My puppies loved the yard and we went into town to Dupont and Pisgah, which was a short drive away and I would come home and sit in the nice hot tub and then later by the fireplace. It was cozy and homey and a great way to visit and see the surrounding area. I met a few neighbors too, who were super nice and friendly. I would love to return in the future and would recommend it to my friends and family.
