The location was perfect. Within a few steps, you can ride the tram to take you to anywhere. The building was very nice as it is a residential unit of a hotel building. It was close to a perfect experience besides 2 cons.
1. There was a loud construction in the building throughout the day during my stay, so I was bothered during my conference call that I had take during the day.
2. The bath (shower) was very small for a normal male person like me was hard to even turn or spread my feet.
Other than these two, everything was great. The host was very nice and welcoming and very responsive. The place matched the description and and the picture. It was very spacious for 2 people.

A comfortable apartment in the middle of the CBD and walkable distance to all Sydney attractions. The light rail is directly in front of the apartment building and the airport train is easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Overall we had a great stay.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb in Sydney. This was right up there. Incredible view. Very clean. All required living items. Sydney is expensive generally but this was in the value for money slot considering. Minor gripe, one of the 2 lifts were out of action most of stay. It’s a busy full tower block and lift qs were therefore commonplace. Fixed for last part of stay so much better. Definitely stay again.
