  5. Record Keeping: Hosts must maintain detailed records of all rental days for three years, including guest information, and must provide these records to the city upon request.

  6. Local Taxes: All hosts must adhere to transient occupancy tax (TOT) obligations, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
