I also gave 4/5 for description because even though a balcony is pictured it is a romeo and juliet balcony and not all rooms have them (mine did not). That's what they mean by "Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised." Not a huge deal but annoying.
Overall I had a great time and would definitely stay again.
