No cons really, however, we like to sleep in cold rooms - even after turning down the thermostat to 60 and opening the windows, our room felt a little warm. This had another side effect of sounds from the courtyard below - one morning, the restaurant below received their supplies at 6 AM and began playing a boom box and singing loudly while transferring boxes into their facility. A quick request out the open window to please turn it off or down low was met with "oh ... sorry about that". Guess they did not think anyone would have their window open with temps in the 20's.
Overall, good place to stay and would definitely rent again
