Really great stay! Was amazing for my semester abroad here in Korea. The host is very responsive to all of my issues and very flexible with allowing for me to have an early check in and a late check out. The bathroom was clean, unlike many Korean bathrooms which tend to have mold in it, and the bed is very comfortable and the hot water works really well. There is also an elevator and a nearby GS25 and laundromat. The only negative is that the location is on top of a hill, which was really difficult to bring all of my luggage up because I refused to order an Uber and had a lot of stuff haha, so just a warning. Lots of cardio!

I arrived early in the morning so I understood that my room wouldn't be ready yet. However, it was messy and needed maintenance, so I messaged the host and stored my luggage until late afternoon when they said it would be ready. When I returned, it was unchanged but the host was accommodating and let me set up my own passcode for another available room which was very clean and more prepared. I rented a bedding set (pillow, pillowcase, comforter, and fitted sheet) and was able to get all other supplies for my 3-month stay at the nearby DAISO and Jaju store within walking distance. Location was great for my exchange program and it was less than a 20 minute walk to Yonsei university. The cooktop, fridge, and overall amenities were fine and all I needed, albeit small with limited space. The common washer and dryer room on my floor was a little noisy but okay when the door was closed and not used at nighttime, although I preferred drying my laundry in my room rather than the shared dryer.

the place was very close to the metro station so it was easy to find, i was worried about the size of the room but it was totally enough. it was very clean also and the host was very responsible and made quick replys. besides that there were no elevator so it was a bit hard to move with the luggages, the stay was amazing and i’d love to stay here again !!

Not included bedding. Need to pay extra money for that , and was the last minute of the day recived the notice. Kind stress me out. Also , the Sound insulation wasn’t very good. I were staying in the level 1 floor , and i received the complaint from the people who stay level 2 floor , which is really weird. And he/she put the notice paper outside of my door … kind rude. Rest of thing was good for single person who want short visit Seoul. Easy for the transportation and in the center area
