The host is outstanding. She was prompt and responsive to my requests. We had a couple of problems but she resolved them quickly. The unit is a studio with a sliding glass door to close off the bedroom from the kitchen, so it isn’t a true one bedroom. The interior finishes and appliances are excellent and modern. The bed is a queen size mattress, and the unit is about 30 square meters. It has a 3/4 full size refrigerator and freezer, and a very good electric stove and microwave. The shower and toilet are spacious for this size unit. The common area pools, gym, billiards, ping pong, sauna and jacuzzi areas are very well maintained. The unit has a small clothes washing machine and a door to a small outside area to hang dry clothes. The 30th common area has a coin operated laundry if you need a clothes drier. The location is central to Pattaya on 2nd Road, so everything is walkable or a short taxi ride. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it for 1 person or couple.
