Our 3 families celebrated a week at Christmas, 6 adults 3 children in this lovely home. We felt the layout allowed each family privacy, to enjoy some quiet away from the kids! Tv's and internet was tops! Views wonderful. Outdoor space, super! It was a very spacious, warm, clean, well lit home away from home. Atlantic Realty was VERY helpful ! Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Rockport. Highly recommended if you need SPACE in this magical New England town by the sea. Even our 3 small dogs enjoyed!

Great spot to host Thanksgiving dinner. It is a very well-stocked house, and is clean, uncluttered, and has a spacious entertaining space. The views from the back deck at sunset are spectacular! The gift basket was a really nice touch. It even had a potatoe masher, baster, and wine!

The perfect place for my extended family (from all over the country) and me to spend Thanksgiving together. An older home but that’s what makes it so cozy! The view is AMAZING - the most beautiful sunrise over the water every morning. We were sad to leave!
