my only real complaint is the little check in stations which I guess are supposed to be a way they can avoid having staff check people in- they are very clunky and buggy and require more time from a check in person than an actual check in person would be able to do it. sucks if the first experience of a hotel is annoyance and unprofessional set ups. the staff is nice though, as is rhe building
