The house was perfect and comfortable for 3 of us. We had tons of room and house was well stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. Bikes, chairs, wagon etc. The only problem was the green pool. it was green when we checked in and completely green when we left and never saw a pool company. it was too cold to swim anyways so we used the hot tub in the evening/night after dinner.

We stayed for new year week at this place with our kids and we loved it! It was bigger than the pictures showed. Super clean and the beds were really comfy. Everyone had a blast! We loved the large heated pool and the spa… we also loved that there was so many stuff we could bring to the beach! There was 2 bogeys we could fill with stuff to bring at the beach which was only a 5 min walk away! The beach almost felt private since all the resorts are next to the bridge 30 min walk away. Definitely would go back. If you want to go to fort Myers beach it makes a lot of sense to stay on the island, there is so much traffic to go in and out of the island during the day, we actually walked faster than the cars waiting in traffic to the bridge… great place

The four of us (2 adults and two children) stayed in the apartment for four days and felt very comfortable. It is a very nicely furnished, very well equipped and sufficiently spacious apartment on the second (in Germany first) floor. Parking right in front of the house. The host was always promptly available for our requests and provided us with brand new beach equipment within a day as it was missing. Very clean, a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beautiful beach of FMB, other infrastructure also easily accessible (by car). We can highly recommend it.
