Our stay at the Family Time rental was good, (2 days / 2nights) the size of the place was cozy for our family of 5, (4 adults / 1 child, it lists accommodations for 8, which might have felt a bit tight depending on the adult to kid ratio), but for us it was cozy and homey. The living area was comfortable with the alotted furniture, fireplace along with a large Roku TV for your entertainment. The kithen area was small, but workable and the pantry held a good amount of storage. The upstairs loft area was large enough to sleep 5 with 2 twin bunk beds and a queen / twin bunk bed. The master bedroom was comfortable with a king-size bed, but was limited on closet space. The bathroom was adequate with a sink, toilet and a tub shower combo, but the sign on the mirror stating a small water heater made our hot water / shower accommodations for the 5 of us quit a challenge, and as I stated earlier our stay was 2 / 2, so if your stay is longer just keep that in mind. Overall we did enjoy our stay

Great place close to Brian Head, just across the street from the lower lodge. Nice to be within walking distance of the slopes. Worked out very well for our family, we had a great time!
