Viviana was perfect and very kind.
There were 2 problems.
1) The toilet seat was unscrewed so it was moving and it was very difficult to use it.
I refer it to the reception but nothing happened.
2) The bathroom faucet was clogged so the water didn't leave while bathing. As a result a little pond...
