Wonderful spot with tons of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I was only a 5 minute walk to the Lumpini Metro Station and Lumpini Park. The space had all of the listed amenities and hot showers which was a must have for me. Another perk is the coin changer machine in the building that converts your bills into 10 baht coins. The apartment is on a street that's a hotspot for backpackers and expats, so you are bound to meet cool people and make new friends (including local Thai people as well). Everyone is friendly and you don't have to travel far to have a good time. Evan was a fantastic host and he has a hidden gem here. 10/10

I was going to give up on Airbnbs until I stayed at Evan’s Airbnb. This guy is so squared away.
I mean no offense, but if everyone else in Thailand was like Evan, Thailand would become one of my favorite vacation destinations.
🚨 I see why Evan is a super host. This guy made my life, heaven.
He (Evan) saved me a lot of time. He even has a manual in his units that gives you an abundance of invaluable information.
That information will save you from being taken advantage of by tuk tuk drivers and taxis, and it will also show you the best places to eat.
Whenever I go to Bangkok, I’m always going to check with Evan first‼️
If Airbnb had an award, they should give it to Evan.
I Highly recommend renting from Evan.
🚨 It’s unfortunate that everyone else here in Thailand isn’t as squared away, proficient, and efficient as Evan.
