We had a great stay at Hale Kamaole. The listing is accurate and the complex and unit are in a great location, very convenient to a fantastic beach with great snorkeling. Beyond the location, the unit itself had a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. There was A/C in both rooms, although we preferred to use the fans. It also came with a number of beach items like beach mats, beach chairs, and boogie boards. There is a washer and dryer. The lanai has an ocean view that is nicer than what I pictured from the photos. Tremendous sunsets. The only downsides are that the owner could put a few bucks into freshening the place up, getting some new bedding and towels, and providing some more of the essentials like shampoo, trash bags, etc. But these minor complaints in comparison to the positives.
