Really large (for Waikiki standards) apartment. Looks exactly like on the pictures. Super comfortable for 4 people. Perfect location. Beautiful view from a huge lanai. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Beautifully maintained grounds of the complex. Lots of amenities downstairs, including ice cream shop, restaurant, convenience store, etc. Will stay there again for sure. Just be prepared for certain imperfections mentioned in other comments: the retractable partition is broken so you can't count on separating the sleeping area from the rest of the living room/kitchen (it's closed permanently? closed half way). It was a minor detail for us (we knew about beforehand) but might be important for other people. The real puzzle is the lack of any beach stuff: chairs + umbrella. Especially that the beach is just few minutes away? We ended up buying an umbrella at Costco ($30) instead of renting it at the beach ($40/day). Otherwise - this location as well as the apartment is just prime.

Lovely view of the marina. A great area and nice accommodation. Poorly accommodated: 2 beach towels, 4 bath towels. Few pots/pans. Patio chair cushions were shredded to pieces. One set of sheets for a 13 day stay. Cinnamon's was bad.

Excellent place. Value for money. Gorgeous views of the ocean. More spacious than a hotel room. Gull kitchen. Easy to access. The hotel/building has a lot of shows and activities. coffee shop and a convenience store right in the building
The only downside is super loud airconditioner. AC is needed because sun comes directly into the room (even with blinds on) and heats it up. Earplugs wont help because AC is very loud.
One option is to open the doors and let cool air come in the night to sleep. But then, it is facing beach and the car park and it becomes noisy.
I hope the owners can invest in a new AC. That will improve the overall experience greatly.
