Great condo ,very clean, great location, beautiful clean pool and hot tubs. Work-out room was nice. The walk to the beach was difficult at high tide for the elderly or to have to carry chairs- ect. Not a deal breaker for us but my parents only went to beach 1 time due to the fact of having to walk through the marsh area. You can go to the right and there is a bridge but it is a little walk and we did not find it until the last day. We would stay there again for sure.

Hodnett & Cooper were awesome! Very responsive, knowledgeable with great communication. We travel a lot and the process of renting,
accessing and departing the home was frictionless.
There were eight adults in our group. The home was comfortable with roomy bedrooms. The kitchen had updated appliances and the ice maker was an added bonus. The home is on the ocean with a short walk out the backyard gate to the beach. Great seafood restaurants are only 1.5 miles away. All St. Simons Island amenities are just minutes away: food stores, liquor stores, restaurants, bars and golf clubs. Outstanding convenience. And you get the Georgia low country views: ocean, marshes and beautiful moss filed trees.
We would highly recommend this home for a large group. And we would highly recommend Hodnett & Cooper as a rental agency.
