El acceso con la cerradura electrónica, aparcamiento limitado, ruido debido a la localización cercana del puerto y durante la ducha, el agua se sale un montón.

Ein großer Spielplatz ist um die Ecke, die Strandpromenade mit sämtlichen Restaurants und Bars, ein kleiner Strandbereich und einige Outdoor Sport-Möglichkeiten.
Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Wohnung allerdings nicht sehr passend, da Möbel und Ausstattung schon sehr abgenutzt waren und ich bei dieser Preislage etwas mehr Stil und neuwertigere Ausstattung erwartet habe. Es war nur ein Kochtopf und zwei abgenutzte Pfannen vorhanden was nicht zum Kochen eingeladen hat.
