Best parts: clean, child proof doors to the pool, putting green, comfy beds & bedding, plenty of chairs & seating, check in walk through was nice - showed us how to operate pool heating. Text responses were quick. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, etc. they kind of “undersold” this in the listing. HUGE washer - could run the entire house of pool towels at once! Neighborhood is great - walkable, cool houses to peep, park 0.5 mile away, quiet & peaceful.
Not ideal: nickel&dimed for everything - including $100/ day for heating the pool, even though it wasn’t actually heated on the first day, can only heat either pool or spa - not both. Front door lock is unreliable - we got locked out many times. Maintenance people showed up almost daily and unannounced - scared the kids. Fridge missing all the shelves. Window shades mostly broken, no shades in the bunk bed room - naps for kids were impossible.
