House is located in an older, but nice neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. There were no noise issues, even in backyard. Interior is as shown in photos. The back door lock was broken so didn't feel totally comfortable at night but there was security lighting in backyard. Had a plumbing issue that owners responded right away too but the plumber didn't come when requested. Waiting for maintenance on vacation always sucks with limited time. Owners did compensate for issues, which was nice. Overall house is nice. Climate control was an issue with drafty, large back door and thermostat on a schedule which kept overriding manual temperature changes. Chairs at kitchen bar had broken backs but still worked. Chairs at dining room were great for visual but very uncomfortable to sit in. Ate most meals standing up. House has fun gathering areas with activities. Pool and air hockey table are old. House was great for price point and location

Exceeded expectations! The house matches the listing photos, and is even more beautiful in person. We made use of nearly all of the amenities: the heated pool, the theater room, the kitchen etc. beautiful, clean, and nice neighborhood. Recommend renting a car to get around, the entire Glendale/phoenix/scottsdale area.
