tres bon séjour l'appartement est tres spacieux et idéalement placé dans Montreal.

The combo/studio is in an optimal and convenient location to appreciate the city of Montreal. Found clean and tidy with some improvements regarding kitchen equipment and more elegant linen it could become a comfortable and luxurious nest for couples discovering Montreal. The bed is very comfortable as is the bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, perhaps the dining corner should be improved. Although the month of November was more lenient than our other visits to Montreal, the temperature in the apartment was always pleasant both when the outside temperature was hot and when it became colder and more wintry. We appreciated: the washing machine and dryer (while we did not use the dishwasher which was present), the gym and the sauna while we could not use the swimming pool on the top floor (because it was closed in winter) and the Turkish bath (because work was in progress) . Extremely convenient (when uncomfortable temperatures outside) being able to go to Markets inside buil

★★★★
I love the location of the apartment. Just off Wellington Street in Verdun, close to fun restaurants, bars and shops. Also very close to a park that runs along the St Lawrence. I walked or biked there almost every day.
The apartment is spacious and clean. It isn’t well suited to a long stay, however. Furniture is dated, no table lamps so you only have overhead lights in every room, outdoor space isn’t conducive to sitting outside, Internet is spotty, TV couldn’t be connected to peripherals like game console, and there is a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors walking across floor or playing their TV.
It seems the owner might be renovating, though, because the kitchen and downstairs bathroom are fairly modern. With some tweaks to furniture and decor, the place could be lovely.

The apartment is in a great location, perfect for a long stay. It was a bit dirty and had unclean bedding etc, but I didn't mind cleaning as I was staying for a long time. There was minimal supplies for cleaning - and no towels, so might not be ideal for a short stay as you wouldn't have time to use the house supplies you purchase. At check in I had some issues getting in, but the host Jean was very helpful and responsive. He was always available and whenever I needed him which was very nice. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and about a 15/20 minute walk to Pie-IX metro. The perfect size for one of two guests and feels nice and cosy - like a home away from home!
