Tony and team were perfect hosts - attentive, responsive, and proactive. They've literally thought of every detail to make your stay as convenient as possible. Everything from boxing gloves to Nespresso pods and laundry detergent was provided.
The property itself has excellent facilities: fully equipped gyms and pristine pools. Friendly building staff (shuttle drivers, cleaners, security etc.) always making you feel at home.
Good to know: No WiFi in the building's study/ co-working area, but there's a bookable study room with great connectivity in the adjacent building. The flat itself also has excellent 5G WiFi and an office chair for a comfortable WFH set-up.
Extremely convenient with 7-Elevens at either exits, a well-stocked Japanese supermarket, local eateries, street vendors and hip cafes nearby. Frequent shuttle service to Emporium Mall/ Phrom Phong BTS station where you have everything too.

The Sukhumvit Line is at your doorstep. A great spot If you’re new to Thailand. As you’re away from the chaos but still have easy access to it all. A quick 10-minute train ride for around 40 baht drops you at Central Embassy’s doorstep. With a skywalk to centralwOrld. Countless other attractions are all within reach.
There are a variety of stalls, restaurants, 7-11, and a Taco Bell next door! Pro tip! Moma’s Bubble Tea Bar is a must! Tasty and only 19 baht! We stayed for a month, and our only regret is not booking a longer visit.

Very central & a ten minute walk to BTS. Large supermarket nearby for essentials. Large shopping centre nearby for non essentials & food hall.

From the very start, and throughout my stay, Tony was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
It’s on the pricier end for Bangkok, but the luxury amenities, high-end equipment, spotless weekly cleaning, and five-star service make it well worth it.
