This place was clean, simple, and in the perfect location. It is steps away from the boardwalk but distant enough to not hear the crowds. Also a quick walk in the other direction to restaurants on the intercoastal. This is exactly what my wife were looking for and the next time we return to Hollywood, we are definitely booking this place. I'm all set paying $550 a night at the big resort next door when we could have our own space like this for a third of the price. Didn't have much interaction with host since everything was straight forward and explained ahead of time. I had one question before we arrived which was answered immediately. Can't wait to go back!

The hosts were very responsible with communication before and after the trip. The property looked better in person which was a nice surprise since the pictures were already nice. Took 12 minutes by car to go to beach and restraunts. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.
