The unit was well furnished. The listing pictured a hot tub along with the House Rules binder listing the rules of the hot tub. When we reached out about an issue with the hot tub, which was on the deck of the upstairs unit, we were told we didn’t have access to it. When notified of the listing pictures, we were told we could use it but who wants to use a hot tub outside of a stranger’s unit? Also, there were 4 of us in our family and we realized the last night of our stay when we went to bathe our children that we only had 2 bath towels. Given that it was close to their bedtime we didn’t reach out to our host, we just shared them. I’m confident the host would have responded appropriately with more towels. Since this is a lower unit, noise from the upper unit travels down. It was convenient to skiing.

I’ve stayed here twice. The house is great for a mountain getaway with friends or family. The location is close to many ski resorts and is on a closed ski resort which is fun to explore. The house is clean and Kelly is very good with communication and addressing any needs that may arise.

The property isn't exactly the Ritz, but is a GREAT value for people with simple needs. The location is exceptionally convenient for Stratton skiers--close to the Sun Bowl area. The property manager genuinely wants everything to be just right for the renter and responded almost instantly to all communication. Everything functioned as it should, and the one weather related maintenance issue was dealt with appropriately.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kelly's place. It was the perfect house for our group (4 adults and 6 kids). the bunk bed room was great for the smaller kids and the bunk/full room, for our older girls. All of the bedrooms were nice size and the pillows and beds extremely comfortable. We cooked all weekend and had everything we needed in the home. The hot tub was a complete bonus which we really enjoyed. Kelly was extremely attentive, even stopping over Saturday night to bring us more paper towels when we ran out. The home is about 20 minutes to Stratton Lot 1. We would absolutely come back next year!

Overall, this is a great place to stay near Stratton, Bromley, and other amenities in Vermont. The place is reasonably well outfitted, albeit a bit dated. Kelly is also highly responsive and was accommodating to us arriving late after a long drive.
I would recommend it as a great place to stay for weekend trips, but probably not for longer stays.
