Our family took a last minute trip to Surfside and fortunately this house was available. It was wonderful, so spacious, comfortable and stocked with anything one would need on a beach trip! We had an amazing vacation! We loved it so much we are considering buying a property in the area! Lane was very responsive and answered any question we had. There was so many extras at the house from coffee, to hair straightener, plenty of blankets, games and even ibuprofen in the medicine cabinet! Host provided plenty of bath towels, beach towels and extra linens if needed. We loved the game room underneath for the rainy day we were there or just a couple games of cornhole after dinner. We used the grill one night and loved the private little backyard where we could have the back garage door open and watch the game while we cooked on the grill. Very easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach and plenty of near by restaurants. We LOVED having the gold cart, we took it for rides around the Oceanside Village resort several times a day. I can see how this home would be great for a big family but we traveling as just my husband and I and it was great for that too!
