The thermostat is set to a low temperature, it’s kinda cold in the morning. But it’s located near downtown, lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Things are clean.

When we arrived, in the winter months, it is dark and cold. When we got there it was -3 degrees, we are pretty familiar with the North Pole area, but had a small amount of difficulty finding the place. The issue we had was in the introduction message I got which had a lot of info, but it indicated that the door entry code is the last 4 digits of the clients phone number. So I tried it over and over again, went to a couple of the other units for some info, called the contact number for the property, which is a phone service, I indicated that I needed a call back as I could not enter. I got a call back 3-5 minutes later, was told the code is actually different than the one given to us earlier. So that was a bit of a hiccup for us. The only other thing that was a negative was that the walls on each side of unit #2 are pretty thin, you could hear people talking, was a bit annoying but not really a bother to us for a week. Beds & linens are very comfy, overall nice place

place was very nice and spacious. When we had a question and messaged , we responded to almost immediately. There was plenty of clear instructions on how to get in, as well as places to go, and things to do. Definitely will be staying here again.
