The Good: Speedy check in and exactly as advertised in a perfect location. Excellent view. Very clean and modern.
The Bad: Bathing is made a little difficult due to the jacuzzi, but hey.. theres a jacuzzi! Either some of the jets in the jacuzzi don’t work or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it. Commuting up and down the elevator is extremely slow. Deciphering the internet password will take you 10 minutes. All of these were pretty minor.

In my opinion better than gramercy and other options around Poblacion. If you want to be in the middle of the action this is the place. Inside is top notch clean and new.
The building itself is old, the elevators constantly not working etc. It’s poblacion guys, what do you expect. I’ll be coming again

The place was clean, but was missing quite a lot of amenities for how it was designed. There was no cooking stove or induction burner, but there was an exhaust vent. There was a hair dryer on the wall, but no cord to plug it into. The window was not sound proof and not sealed all the way, so although there was an air conditioning unit, it was relatively warm still and the street noise pierced through the room at night. I was woken up by the sound of cars constantly.
