The house was beautiful and perfect for our family getaway. It was impeccably decorated with art on every wall, the backyard was stunning and serene, the kitchen was stocked with every cookware we could imagine (including plastic plates and utensils for kids), and the beds were comfortable. We had the best time and would love to go back.

This house was perfect! It was clean, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a comfortable space. Great, quiet neighborhood with close access to State Street. Added bonus, there is a beach just blocks from the house. Would definitely rent again. I highly recommend this house!!

Beautiful home in amazing neighborhood walking distance to the beach and hiking. Great backyard space with comfy seating, beautiful nighttime lighting, and a great fireplace. Not that private as there is a house above the yard with full view into the yard (currently under renovation so always men talking and loud noise from work during the day). Very easy access to town with great restaurants, short drive to anywhere in SB, but located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Do not miss sunrise and sunset at Hendrys Beach or at the Douglas Family Preserve above it. Great walking trails and dog friendly (off leash dog areas on beach and within preserve)!
