Overall, our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The place is clean, conveniently located, and the host was very responsive & communicative. The only frustration was upon check-out. I thought check-out instructions were clear and that we followed them by placing towels in the hamper (as instructed) but then we were told the towels are “missing” and were asked to pay for them. Despite clearly communicating back and forth to try and resolve this at first, communication simply stopped after a certain point and the issue was never resolved. Being accused of something we didn’t do caused a few days of frustration after our trip. But our actual stay there was wonderful!
