It is big and the rooftop is nice, Rosy was kind and help us a lot in finding places nearby, however is very old the place and doesn’t correspond that much to the pictures, the jacuzzi doesn’t work well, the table upstairs is broken, there is humidity on one of the corners of the house, the pool also the one that looks like a bar near the pool, doesn’t function anymore and need to be re painted, ta is are extremely expensive it might be better to rent a car to move places, besides that we enjoy it

Our stay at Colin's place was great! The location is close to central Tulum, my kids loved the pool, and the apartment was spacious and clean.
However, one thing I didn't like as much was feeling so much like a tourist and being so separated from the local culture. This apartment is in a upscale apartment complex that's far from the locals, and Colin also sent us many emails about exclusive and VIP opportunities. I was hoping that Tulum wouldn't feel so Americanized (and certainly there were parts of it that weren't) but this hotel felt very different from the local culture.
