This is a fantastic place to stay with a group. So much to do, the accommodations are great, responses from the host were so fast, the location is excellent. Ideal for group gatherings. The large tiki area in the middle of the courtyard is ideal to hang out with friends, listen to music, or even do karaoke on the TV screens. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Fabios place! It was in an amazing building in a great location! So many awesome things within walking distance, our favourite was Las Olas Blvd. The unit was a perfect size for the 4 of us and the building exceeded all of our needs! The pool/bbq area was definitely our favourite! We didn't want to leave this place or the Florida weather and would love to come back but stay much longer next time! We would absolutely book with Fabio again! The only thing we would have improved was the pool was freezing cold! They didn't turn the heater on until our last day, however we figured it was due to the time of year and we spent the week at the beach anyway so this didn't really bother us! All in all though we had an amazing time, loved Fabios place and will 100% be back in the near future! Thanks for having us!
