Een nadeel is dat het er regelmatig een penetrante geur hangt buiten. Waarschijnlijk door de rioolzuivering vlakbij.
Zunächst Mal die Themen, die es zu bemerken gibt:
Das Gebäude war ziemlich kalt bei Ankunft. Es braucht Holz im Winter um zu heizen. Das muss man sich selber organisieren oder die Vermietung hilft einem dabei. Man kann mit der Klimaanlage wärmen - ist aber nicht sehr flauschig. Es gibt bei Ankunft von allem eines: Ein Tab für die Geschirrwaschmaschine, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, 1 Kehrichtsack.... Keine Gewürze und ähnlich.
Nun aber die Themen die Spass machen:
Die Vermieter, wie auch die Besitzer, sind sehr freundliche Leute. Die Kommunikation hilfsbereit und rasch.
Die Küche ist toll eingerichtet. Die Dusche hat einen schönen Wasserdruck. Die Matratze ist bequem und die Terrasse ein Traum.
Was ich auch unbedingt sagen möchte: Checkin und - out war total easy - und absolute Sauberkeit (gilt für alle Räume und Textilien).

However, there are some areas for improvement. The main bed and the couch were quite uncomfortable, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the hot water supply depended on sunlight, meaning it wasn’t always reliable on cloudy days. One aspect that could be improved is transparency regarding additional costs—I only learned about these after making the reservation on Airbnb, and I believe upfront clarity would be best.
That said, these are minor details in an otherwise great stay. I would rate it 4 stars, with the potential for 5 stars if these small issues were addressed.
apartment spacious and comfortable. In January the balcony gets the sun until lunchtime. Decor is old-fashioned and kitchen lacks cooking and dining equipment for 5 people and is mismatched. WiFi was strong and working on my laptop and Teams/Zoom calls no issues. Stay of 28+ days you get a great discount but have to pay electricity separately at the end. No transparency on electricity costs. No personal access to the meter readings and the agency unable to tell me how the electricity costs are calculated in advance. I was frugal with my electricity use and unable to monitor my use. At the end of 4 weeks I was billed for nearly €64.11.
I would definitely stay again and recommend the apartment.
