Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! However, we had a few problems particularly surrounding check in. First, there was no place to leave our luggage, despite confirming this was an option with the host prior to arrival. The front desk was left unattended for the entirety of our stay leaving us confused as to where to leave our luggage. Second, the wrong code was given to us to access the room, which seemed to be a common occurrence as other guests said they had the same experience when trying to help us check in. Finally, no bedding was provided for the pull out couch in our unit. I had to ask three separate times for bedding to be provided before it was finally delivered. Now for the good stuff: this place was a block from the beach! There were numerous great restaurants, cocktail bars, etc. within a 10 minute walk at most! The unit was very clean and looked as advertised. We loved hanging around the pool and loved that beach towels were provided in the office daily!

the place was spotless and well equipped for our stay. very modern updated interiors and exteriors. The extra amenities with coffee and living room area was also a positive. I love the proximity to the beach. It is definitely a place I would stay at again.

I really like it. Location was good. Everything was clean and well kept. Room was comfortable. It never got noisy even though it was spring break, and I contribute this to clear communication of the rules. But I wasn't sure if we could request new towels and face cloths. I thought I had read in the rules that you only get what you have, relating to toiletries and towels. But I may have misunderstood this, so I would suggest reading up on this and if true, preparing ahead with towels and toiletries. (I read so many different BNB rules that I may have mixed up what I'm talking about here, so just know the regs prior to showing up). Overall, I was happy with the place and would go again. This Host was extremely efficient in responding to questions, unlike other hosts that only check msgs once per day.
