Overall the stay was great. Definitely wear and tear and obviously a nursing home or assisted living facility. There are exit signs and postings all over that make it feel like it hasn’t fully converted from assisted living to Air b nb. The host is very responsive, but pool was not cleaned until after our arrival and a few closets wore broken. The fireplace didn’t turn on. It’s a great space for large families. Excellent location. House felt old. Though clean.

This loft is a great pick for staying on Hollywood beach. It’s very close to the Broadwalk and the Margaritaville resort (less than 5 minute walk). The place its self has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, while I would say the bed could be a bit more comfortable, overall the place was nice. I would caution people on taking a car there since there isn’t a dedicated parking space for this unit and street parking is very limited since it is right by the beach. We had to park at the Margaritaville resort, with it being $53 for 24 hours I believe. But with this being said, that was much cheaper than street or nearby lot parking if we had found that. With the parking being the only real negative, I’d definitely consider picking this place again.
